A student-first approach to drum lessons…
Each student brings with them a unique set of strengths and challenges, goals and skill levels. I take the time to get to know each individual, and asses everything from their current skill level to their personal taste in music. You decide what you want to work on. I support you with coaching and encouragement. I find that my students especially love when they get to pick their favorite song and learn how to play it!

Hey, I’m Christian
Former member of "The Commandant's Own," The United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, I am a drummer and instructor in Nashville, TN performing and instructing all styles of jazz, funk, hip hop, rock 'n' roll, and rudimental drumming.
As a private teacher, I maintain a studio of over 15 students teaching rudiments, drum set fundamentals, and music theory. I offer drum lessons to all ages and ability levels. I take a student first approach in which students lead themselves through a self constructed curriculum. I demonstrate, play along, guide, and model a mature sound & mindset.
Studio Recordings
If there's one thing I love doing, it's recording. Before, during, and after my time in the Marine Corps, I have been hired to work sessions in Jazz, Funk, Rock, and Ragtime styles.
I record remote from my home studio in Nashville, TN.
I am constantly playing by ear and learning tunes on the fly. All you have to do is send me the tracks and I will lay down music that serves your song.
